Ingredients All USDA Organic Certified: Lemon Balm leaf, Lemongrass, Chamomile Flower, Lavender Flower, Sage Leaf, Ashwagandha Root, & Cane Sugar.
** Not to be used during Pregnancy (Ashwagandha root)
Instructions: Steep 1 tsp tea in 8-12 oz hot water (208 degrees)
I have problems staying a sleep and I'm always looking for something that helps me sleep longer. I've found after having a cup of this tea for the last 4 nights that I'm sleeping longer than I usually do. Not only is it a great tasting tea, it helps me get better rest. It's a new favorite in my tea collection.
