Ingredients All USDA Organic: Peppermint leaf, elder flower, raspberry leaf, ginger root, elderberry, yarrow flower, and hyssop herb.
Instructions: Steep 1 tsp tea in 8-12 oz hot water at 212 degrees for 3-4 minutes.
